1. About Milan Station

Milan Station Consignment Store operates a retail location in Flushing, New York and maintains applicable New York City licensing for its secondhand-goods business. Online purchases through milanstationnyc.com are sold by Milan Station Consignment Store unless a listing expressly states otherwise.

Milan Station is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Hermès, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, or any other designer brand referenced on this site. Brand names and trademarks are used only to identify genuine pre-owned products.

2. Pre-owned merchandise and listing information

Unless clearly described as new, merchandise is pre-owned. Normal signs of prior ownership may exist. Photographs form part of the item description. We make reasonable efforts to describe material condition issues, specifications, and included accessories, but color can vary by screen and measurements may be approximate.

Each listed handbag is generally a single inventory unit. Placing an item in a shopping bag does not reserve it. Availability and price are revalidated before checkout.

3. Authenticity

Milan Station reviews merchandise offered for sale for authenticity and maintains authentication documentation where applicable. Authentication reports or supporting review information may be available for a particular item upon request.

Authenticity concerns are handled separately from ordinary final-sale returns. If you obtain credible written evidence from a qualified independent authentication provider that an item sold by Milan Station is not authentic, contact us promptly. We may request the item, report, packaging, and purchase documentation for review. If the item is confirmed not authentic, Milan Station will provide an appropriate refund as required by law and our Authenticity Policy.

4. Orders, pricing, taxes, and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable sales tax and any shipping charge are shown or confirmed before payment. Payment is processed through Square Hosted Checkout; Milan Station does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

We may cancel and refund an order before fulfillment if inventory is unavailable, pricing or listing data contains a material error, payment or fraud review cannot be completed, or fulfillment would violate law or carrier requirements.

5. Shipping and pickup

Shipping and store pickup are governed by our Shipping & Pickup Policy. We aim to fulfill within the time stated at checkout or in the order confirmation. If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe, we will provide the options required by applicable law, including cancellation and refund rights when applicable.

6. Returns and cancellations

Because our inventory consists primarily of unique pre-owned luxury goods, ordinary purchases are final sale except as expressly stated in our Returns & Refunds Policy or required by law. Exceptions include confirmed authenticity issues, shipment of the wrong item, or a material discrepancy from the listing that we verify.

7. Accounts and acceptable use

Customer accounts are provided through Clerk. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity conducted through your account. You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape protected account information, attempt unauthorized access, or use the checkout process for fraud or unlawful activity.

8. Intellectual property

Site design, Milan Station photographs, copy, graphics, and other original content are owned by Milan Station or used with permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation and governing law

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milan Station is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
